Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not (fully) satisfied with a product, service, or delivery. It is very important to us to hear from you quickly if you have any complaints or comments. Only in this way can we optimize our service and work together with you towards a fast and adequate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you have a complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">You can submit your complaint in writing via email: info@q-cyber.nl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When will you receive a response to your complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Q-Cyber will contact you as soon as possible, within 14 working days at the latest.
